Hi, I'm Greg
I've spent my whole career around mortgages, first on the bank side and now on yours.
I studied finance at McGill University and started out at a major Canadian bank, where I worked in mortgage lending as a Mortgage Development Manager and later led a mortgage sales team as a Senior Manager. I learned how banks decide who gets approved, and I also saw how many good borrowers get turned away because they don't fit one bank's box.
That's why I became a mortgage broker, and in 2018 I co-founded Choice Financial Corp. with my business partner Dan Mizrahi. Instead of offering one bank's products, our licensed team compares 30+ lenders, from the big banks and credit unions to B-lenders and private lenders, to find the option that actually fits your life.
Most of the people I help aren't “textbook” files. They're self-employed, coming up to a renewal with a payment they can't stretch, carrying debt they want to consolidate, or 55+ and wanting to stay in the home they love. Those are the files I enjoy most.
My approach is simple: tell you the truth, show you every realistic option side by side, including when the right answer is to wait or do nothing, and stay with you long after closing.
